The runners-up of the previous edition of the IPL, Delhi Capital, today welcomed the deadly South African fast bowling duo of Kagiso Rabada and Enrique Norje via an Instagram post. The franchise posted a picture of the couple wearing a mask from a hotel in Mumbai as they arrived at home mid-way from national duty in their series vs. Pakistan. Not only were fans inspired to watch the bowlers, but the post’s caption also inspired hilarious reactions from among them.
The caption of the DC Instagram post read, “The couple’s name that just returned to our DC family. The wrong answer is only #YeHaiNayiDilli # IPL2021 @tajmahalmumbai.”
Fans showed their creative side, posting the names of both, from Indian TV shows to comedy and animated films.
The South African pacer returned after being part of the first two ODIs against Pakistan. South Africa has plans to play another ODI and four-match T20I series, which both missed out on joining Pacer IPL 2021.
Both Norje and Rabada made a lethal pairing for DC in the IPL 2020, as they emboldened the opposition line-up with a combination of good speed and the right line and length.

Rabada finished the tournament as a Purple Cap holder with 30 wickets in 17 matches, while Nortz finished fourth on the table with 22 wickets in 16 matches.
However, due to the Kovid-19 protocol, due to the seven-day quarantine period, the pair will miss DC’s opening game on April 10.
