Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is set to be launched in India this month. It was announced by the South Korean tech giant. Samsung will be expanding its Galaxy F series smartphone with the launch of the Galaxy F42 5G, making it the first 5G smartphone of the series.

The launch date of the Galaxy F42 5G has been set at September 29. Buyers will be able to get their hands on the device on Samsung.com, Flipkart.com and select retail outlets.
Samsung Galaxy F42 5G: What we know so far in terms of specs
Samsung says that the Galaxy F42 5G smartphone will offer 5G connectivity through 12 bands support.
It will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor and house a triple camera setup, where the primary camera is a 64MP sensor.
For display, the Galaxy F42 5G handset offers FHD+ Infinity V display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The Galaxy F42 5G will be backed by a 5000mAh battery and from the microsite, it appears that it will be available in two colour options.
Samsung Galaxy M52 5G coming this month too
One day before the scheduled date of the launch of the Galaxy F42 5G, Samsung is also set to launch the Galaxy M52 5G smartphone in India on September 28. This handset will be available via Amazon The company is running a teaser of the smartphone on Amazon India’s website.
The Galaxy M52 5G is set to succeed the company’s Galaxy M51 smartphone that was launched in the second half of 2020.
Though Samsung has not revealed the upcoming phone’s pricing, it is likely to be a mid-range device. One of the key highlights of the phone will be its support for as many as 11 5G bands in India.
