Smartphone brand is gearing up to launch its Realme Book laptop in India. Ahead of the launch, a lot of the specifications have already been confirmed. As far as the pricing is concerned, the Realme Book is speculated to be priced in the range of between Rs 40,000 and Rs 50,000. Realme has confirmed that the Realme Book laptop will feature a 2K display. The laptop will most likely offer a 14-inch display.
“We are ecstatic to introduce our first laptop in the segment in India, equipped with industry-leading features, nothing but will be the best in the industry. We want to disrupt the market and will provide our customers with cutting-edge technologies. We are elated to present our consumers with an opportunity to enjoy a full screen viewing experience with a higher image resolution in realme book (slim) with a 2K display. It will be the slimmest and lightest laptops available in this segment, making it very easy to operate and carry for our users,” said Madhav Sheth, vice president, Realme and CEO, Realme India and Europe.
The company hasn’t confirmed yet but the Realme Book laptop is expected to be powered by 11th gen Intel processors– Core i3 and Core i5. Also, the laptop may come in three colour options including Apricot, Blue and Gray. As per reports, Realme Book will come with Harman Kardon speakers.
The device will come with Windows 10 operating system out-of-the-box, having said that the company has already confirmed that Realme will provide the latest Windows 11 upgrade. Another interesting aspect is that Realme may add a 65W charger to charge the Realme Book laptop.
Realme Book laptop is expected to be launched on August 18, 2021. However, there is no official word around the same yet.
