NXT digital artwork by humanoid robot Sophia up for auction

Robot artist Sophia, whose first artwork goes up for auction on Wednesday, says she draws inspiration from people for her work and is open to creative partnerships with humans in the future.

A digital artwork in the form of a non-fungible token (NXT) by Hong Kong-based Hanson Robotics Humanoid is to be auctioned in the first sale of such pieces made jointly with artificial intelligence (AI).

NFTs, a digital signature saved on blockchain pickers that allows anyone to verify the ownership and authenticity of the items, has become the craze of the latest investment, with the artwork being sold for about $ 70 million this month .

“I hope people like my work, and humans and I can collaborate to move forward in new and exciting ways,” said Sophia speaking flatly in her studio.

Called the “Sophia Instruction”, the digital work is a 12-second MP4 file showing the development of Bonacetto’s portrait in Sophia’s digital painting, and with a physical artwork, painted by Sophia on a printout of her self-portrait is.
