More than 400 new cases were reported in Delhi for the third consecutive day

According to the health bulletin released by the state government on Saturday, Delhi saw 419 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, with a total of 6,43,289 cases.

This was the third consecutive day when more than 400 cases were reported.

Three deaths occurred in the last 24 hours, taking the total deaths to 10,939. A total of 74,326 trials were conducted in a single day.

Out of the total cases, 6,30,143 people have been recovered and 2,207 are active cases. The number of active cases has increased in the last two weeks.

A Delhi government spokesman said that a total of 39,853 beneficiaries were vaccinated in the city on Saturday. Of them, 20,2 them5 were aged 40 and over and 3,7 were between 65 and 59 years old. The rest were healthcare and front-line workers, the data said
