Contract management firm Ecartis received an investment of $ 80 million, according to the company, which tripled its valuation to $ 2.8 billion. The latest round, Series F, was led by existing investor B Capital Group which included Grecroft, Meritech Capital Partners, Premji Invest, PSP Growth and E.Viers. Eckartis, which has worked with clients such as Apple and Microsoft, has raised $ 280 million so far. In an earlier round, two years ago, the company was valued at about $ 1 billion.
Started by Sameer Bodas and Manish Darda, Ecartis offers cloud-based software that allows companies to manage all their contracts.
