Pramod Sawant completed two years as CM of Goa, thanking people

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, who completed two years in office on Friday, thanked the people of the state for supporting his government during the COVID-19 epidemic.

Mr. Sawant took over as the Chief Minister of the state after the death of Manohar Parrikar on March 17, 2019.

“Today, when I complete 2 years as the Chief Minister of Goa State, I would like to thank the loving people who have placed their trust in me. I am very honored by the support I have received while going through a difficult phase of epidemic to make Goa strong again.

“I really appreciate everyone’s efforts and commitments to make this journey beautiful. With your continued faith, I will work tirelessly towards making Goa self-contained and will solve every challenge that comes our way.
