Vijay Hazare Trophy Final: Mumbai beat Uttar Pradesh by 6 wickets

Mumbai defeated Uttar Pradesh by six wickets to win the Vijay Hazare Trophy title. Aditya Tare, playing an unbeaten 118-run innings, beat Mumbai by 313 runs to win the domestic one-day trophy. After winning the toss and batting, Uttar Pradesh scored 312/4 for 156 thanks to opener Madhav Kaushik’s brilliant unbeaten innings of 158 runs. Mumbai captain Prithvi Shaw, who was in superb form this season in the tournament, gave a strong start to chase his team while leading the front. Shaw kept Mumbai under control by scoring 73 off 39 balls, before Aditya Tare saw the team score a brilliant century, which included 18 fours.
