Are YOU with the UK’s best broadband firm? Hint: it’s bad news for BT and Sky customers

And with prices starting from £29.99 a month, coupled with a price for life guarantee, you won’t need to break the bank to receive its seemingly stellar broadband service.

The Which? study said: “Only one provider stood out in this year’s survey – Zen Internet took top spot and was the only company to receive top marks in every category. The other providers we covered received scores ranging from decent to disappointing.”

While speaking about the findings, Zen Internet CEO Paul Stobart said: “To come out top of the Which? annual broadband survey, as we have done for the last five years running, is an achievement that makes all of us at Zen very proud. The survey is independent, and gives us an invaluable view of how we are doing as providers of what is an increasingly critical service for everyone.

“To be the only ‘Which? Recommended Provider 2021’ is testament to the hard work of all of our teams, during a time when they’ve been under immense pressure as demand for our services has soared.

“Our long history of performing well in these tables underlines Zen’s status as a trusted provider on whom customers can rely.”
