Hardik Pandya shares adorable pitches as 8-month-old son

Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a cute picture with his son Agastya, as he was eight months old. He also had an equally cute caption to go along with the photo, where he is seen holding Agastya with one hand. “Our Agastya turned 8 months. Time flew with him,” he wrote and added “the big boy”. Bollywood actor and former India fast bowler Zaheer Khan, wife of Sagarika Ghatge reacted with heartbreak and as did Mandeep Singh.

Hardik and partner Natasa Stankovic welcomed Agastya to the world on 30 July last year.

Hardik Pandya was part of India’s squad for the recently concluded series against England.

While Pandya did not play in four Tests, he played a big role in T20 internationals and ODIs as India emerged victorious in all formats.

Pandya returned to bowling action during the T20 series, which had the much-needed balance for India’s attack, while he bowled some fast with the bat and India won 3–2.

In the ODI series, Hardik failed to fire in the first game, but scored 16 runs in the second game to help India become stronger even though the visitors comfortably won.

In the decider, Hardik shared a 99-run partnership with Rishabh Pant and scored his seventh ODI half-century. He also threw an economical spell, conceding just 48 runs in nine overs and helped to make India exciting.

Hardik will now shift his focus to the 2021 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which ends on 9 April.
