Zoom has introduced Zoom Apps, through which you use over 50 third-party apps while you are attending a Zoom call. You can access apps like Asana, Dropbox Spaces, Pexels and more right from inside the Zoom call interface. You will need to download the latest version of Zoom to install third-party apps from the new Apps tab.
“Zoom Apps gives you plenty of screen space to collaborate with the ability to expand and collapse the Apps side panel, open your app in a new window, and switch between multiple Zoom Apps at once,” explained Carlin Sack, product marketing manager, App Marketplace & Integrations in the official blog post.
If you are using your office’s Zoom account then the IT admin can control how Zoom Apps are used across your organization with admin settings. “Your admin may require that you get pre-approval before adding specific Zoom Apps.” added Sack.
