This week’s answer to “What time is NASCAR caste today?” The answer given in the last few weeks is slightly different.
However, the Sunday Cup Series race at the Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday, under the Honors QuickTrip 500, will still be a green flag in the late afternoon.
As for who would take that green flag, Denny Hamlin earned pole status for Sunday’s race, which was based on NASCAR’s formula to start the lineup without qualification. Hamlin’s Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Martin Truex Jr. took the No. 2 spot.

The green signal for today’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, the Honors QuickTrip 500, is to be waved at 3:19 pm ET.
Which channel is NASCAR on today?
Fox and Fox Sports 1 will broadcast the NASCAR race through the Star All-Star Race in Texas on June 13 during the first four months of the Texas Series. Fox will air Sunday’s race, the sixth of the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 season.
NBC and NBC Sports Network are scheduled to compete in the remaining NASCAR Cup Series races in 2021, including the playoffs.
As is the case with all Cup Series races on Fox this season, Mike Joy will call the race with the help of analysts Jeff Gordon, Clint Bauer and Larry McReynolds.
