The airline began the pilot phase of the service on March 13 in partnership with luggage transfer company CarterX on its Delhi-Mumbai flights, its spokesperson said in a statement.
“Basis customer feedback and many other comments, we plan to progressively introduce this service in other markets as well. Hyderabad and Bangalore are already in the pipeline for Phase 2 of launching this service,” the spokesperson said.

Under this service, goods are collected from customers’ doors, every piece of luggage is cleaned and packaged in double-layer, tamper-proof packing material, the spokesperson noted. “Every movement of goods is monitored and we ensure that they are safely transported to their final destination.
