An old video of an Uttar Pradesh police personnel has gone viral on social media wherein a cop could be seen beating a youth with a bat. Reportedly, the cop assaulted the victim over petty reasons. Now, the Uttar Pradesh police have come up with a clarification on the viral video. The police said that the video is of the year 2021 on which action has been taken in the past.
