Making up for the lack of a tournament in 2020, the 2021 NCAA tournament is now officially insanity, with UCLA’s shocking 51-49 No. 1 seed in Michigan’s Tuesday night history chapter containing a chapter:
It has not been seen out yet, but UCLA’s beating of Michigan means it is the most disturbing NCAA tournament in history that defines the NCAA as an upsets (5 seed line or more between teams ). 14, surpassing the previous record of 13 in 1985 and 2014.

Decision: This is new to UCLA, but they will not discontinue it
The NCAA defines an upset as a five seed line or more between teams. The UCLA victory became the 14th defeat in the tournament this March, with Bruce attributing himself to one of three upsets en route to the finals.

As was expected, there are no more perfect brackets left in the country, a fact that came out a few days ago – the Maryland-UCON matchup proved to be the straw that broke the bracket’s waist.
The Bruins were a First Four team that defeated and defeated Michigan State in one of the tournament’s opening two matchups. Michigan State cries. Now, 11 UCLA advances to No. 1 Gonzaga on Saturday to face the Final Four for a chance at more insanity.
