The party will also work towards reducing the number of liquor shops in Tamil Nadu and not allowing the establishment of new liquor shops with the goal of complete prohibition.
He said that the party’s intention is not to allow the establishment of self-financed schools in the future and it would work to strengthen the government and government aided schools. It will also implement studies on solid waste management for school and college students.
Mr. Vasan said that the party would take steps to implement a program to enable students with the help of NCC and to receive military training at the borders. TMC has promised to create a separate board for domestic helpers, and adoption of children for childless couples, among others.
