TN Assembly Election | No child’s play

For campaigning for assembly elections, children can be seen wearing political party flags and party towels. During a campaign by the Congress party in Erode (East) assembly constituency, the children took the lead, demanding votes for the candidate. Using children under 14 in a campaign is clearly a violation of the law. Although the children said they voluntarily participated in the campaign, locals said their parents were given money and the children were given food to participate.
