Okay, they’re celebrating again like ’86 – only the way, the way before. In the video posted on Wednesday, the Mets were practicing defense and their World Series celebrations after being eliminated from the finals.

For the final representative of this situational exercise, the Mets acted as if they were ranked ninth in Game 7 of the World Series with two outsiders.

There is much reason for optimism for New York, with the Mets swapping a new boss in the city and a big-time trade for Francisco Lindor and Carlos Carrasco in the winter.
Carrasco is currently on the shelf with a minor elbow issue, but is expected to return in time for the next Mets practice ceremony.
