Puducherry Lieutenant Governor (LG) Tamilisai Soundarajan on Sunday flagged off a mobile vehicle that would raise awareness about COVID-19 vaccination. The campaign is being conducted by the Department of Health.
The Lieutenant Governor opened a health booth with sanitizers, gloves and masks. They distributed gloves and masks to the elderly and children.
He urged the public to follow safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and also prevented perceived apprehensions on the safety of the vaccine. The vaccination camp will be held at the Medical College in Kirampukkam on Wednesday. C. Chandramouli and AP Maheshwari, Advisers to LG, SD Sundaresen, Secretary of Information, T.
