Mr. Stalin came out heavily against the Chief Minister for making unfounded allegations. “If he has the courage, let him file a case against me,” he said.

Taking a sarcasm at the AIADMK’s election manifesto, Mr Stalin said it was nothing but a “photocopy” of the DMK’s manifesto. The DMK, once in power, solved the problems of the people within 100 days. Mr. Stalin said that over 500 assurances in the DMK manifesto will be implemented in due course.

He said that the party won a landslide victory in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from the start of the DMK campaign from Thiruvarur.

The DMK leader called upon voters to give a strong mandate in the upcoming assembly elections as well. He expressed confidence that the party would contest the elections.
