    OnePlus India Teases Summer Launch Event, OnePlus Nord 2 & Nord CE 5G Debut Expected

    OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone maker is planning to launch something new soon in India. The company shared a teaser of its summer launch event on its official OnePlus India Twitter account and Amazon India website. OnePlus has not revealed what it would be launching during its summer event but reports have claimed that the company is likely to launch next-gen Nord handsets. These Nord handsets are expected to be OnePlus Nord 2 and Nord CE 5G. Both phones have been leaked in the past so OnePlus might launch these devices during its upcoming event. OnePlus Nord CE 5G & OnePlus Nord 2 Reportedly Spotted on the BIS Website, Likely To Be Launched Soon.

    As per a report, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G was spotted online with a codename ‘OnePlus EBBA’ and a model number EB2101. On the other hand, OnePlus Nord 2 has been codenamed ‘OnePlus Denniz’ with a model number DN2101. Yesterday, OnePlus accidentally confirmed the OnePlus Nord 2 moniker in FAQ’s section on the company’s website.

    Previous reports have claimed that the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is likely to be a successor to the OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone which was not launched in India. On the other side, OnePlus Nord 2 will succeed the Nord device which was launched in India last year. As per a tipster, OnePlus Nord 2 could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. OnePlus Nord CE 5G could sport a punch-hole display, a triple rear camera setup, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Apart from this, nothing much is known. We expect OnePlus India to start teasing the devices before their launch.

    A new survey has found that 50% of people in India are still planning to travel during the upcoming summer holidays, as COVID-19 cases in India are increasing at a significant pace.

    “The findings of the survey show that 50% of citizens are still planning to travel during the months of April – June 2021. Because many of them have already booked their travel and as long as the airlines, hotels Service providers such as travel portals and agents do not cancel. The risk of co-operatives, COVIDs, is getting worse in India, ”according to Local Circles.

    The survey was conducted in the last three days of March and saw 25,000 responses from citizens located in 305 districts of India.

    Of these 50%, while 17% said they would travel to ‘Holiday Destinations’, 24% said they would ‘visit family and friends’ and 9% said they plan to do both. 45% of citizens said they would “not travel, and stay home.”

    “If we take a closer look at citizens’ travel plans for the summer, the percentage of citizens who say they will ‘not travel and stay home’ in the February 2021 survey has increased from 29% to 45%. , “LocalCircles said in a statement.

    When citizens planning to travel this summer were asked if they had made a booking, 25% replied, while 12% said they would be booking soon.

    The Sundance Film Festival is coming to Jakarta, Indonesia this summer, the Sundance Institute and XRM Media said Thursday. The Sundance Film Festival: Asia will launch sometime in late summer with films from the 2021 festival, a delegation of filmmakers, travel restrictions depending, and Sundance Lab initiatives aimed at Asian talent.

    “We have long wanted to deepen our connection to the bold and vibrant energy of Asian independent filmmaking,” said Tabitha Jackson, the Director of Sundance Film Festival, in a statement.

    XRM Media co-founder Michael Y. Chow added that, “Indonesia is an emerging film market, and we are committed to bring the strength of the Institute to help develop and showcase Asian talent to the indie community.”

    The Sundance Institute intends to explore other Asian cities for future editions.
