    San Francisco, December 2 : Google has rolled out a new update called “Speaker Labels” to Pixel phones’ Recorder app, which can now identify multiple people talking.     The tech giant explains how “voice models are stored temporarily on-device until speaker labelling of your transcript is completed, and then deleted.     In the app, people can be identified as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc., and users can “change the name for each speaker in the recording,” according to the report.     Moreover, Google replaced “Automatically switch to external mic or Bluetooth device when connected” on the microphone settings sheet in version 4.2 with “Auto-detect”, the report added. Last month, Google revealed that its upcoming Pixel 7a smartphone is set to feature a 90Hz refresh rate display and wireless charging. The device will likely offer a 90Hz 1080p display.

    New York, June 8: In a bizarre incident, Albany City Court in upstate New York was forced to close for fumigation on Tuesday after hundreds of cockroaches were released after an altercation broke out in the room, reported Associated Press.

    San Francisco: In a bid to make it more user friendly, Apple has released a new iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5 updates for iPhones and iPads, respectively.     The tech giant has now updated all references to the physical Apple Card within the Wallet app to be the titanium Apple Card and the iTunes Pass appears to have been updated as well, now being referred to the Apple Account Balance.     Other notable features include a 5th American voice for Siri. The voice is arriving a little under a year after Apple added its last two American Siri voices, and stopped defaulting to using a female-sounding voice. iOS 15.4 will be compatible with any device that supports iOS 15, ranging from the first generation iPhone 6S to the iPhone 13.

    “These latest software features build on the release of iOS 15, which enhanced the iPhone experience with more ways to stay connected, powerful updates that help users focus and explore, and intelligent features to get more done with iPhone,” said Apple.

    San Francisco: Apple has released an update to its mobile operating system to fix dropped calls on iPhone devices, including the iPhone 12 and 13.     “macOS Monterey delivers groundbreaking new features that help users connect in new ways, accomplish more, and work seamlessly across their Apple devices,” the iPhone maker said in a statement.

    The new operating system update brings in a redesigned Safari along with FaceTime updates. The update also bundles handy features like Universal Control, Focus and Shortcuts. The FaceTime App gets the spatial audio and other improvements such as the Wide Spectrum and Voice Isolation.

    The new Universal Control feature allows people to use Apple products like the iPad, iPhone, Apple Pencil and more in sync. The update also brings AirPlay to Mac.

    In addition, SharePlay will allow users to share experiences of music, TV shows, movies and more while connected through FaceTime. The new Safari web browser now offers a cleaner interface which is the Tab Groups feature. macOS Monterey also gets some features from iOS 15, such as Live Text and Visual Look Up.

    To update, one just needs to head over to System Preferences then click on the Software Update button. Now, click on Check for updates. macOS Monterey update will show up with its details and then finally click on the update button, Mac will automatically download the update and install it.
