    Worthy recalled that the general manager of the fast-food point, Tunisia Woodward, came forward to help her with the delivery. “I thought they were joking, and I open this door, didn’t see anyone, but I saw feet [under the door],” Woodward told the news outlet. “I opened [it], and she was on this toilet lying back, screaming. Then I knew to tell my crew, ‘We’re having a baby today.’” she added.

    Two of Woodward’s colleagues also assisted in the emergency delivery, according to a report by People Magazine. “Sha’querria grabbed the phone, dialled 911. Keisha ran, looking at the door,” Woodward recalled.

    Later, Worthy’s fiance also came in and tried to emotionally support her.

    “I was like, ‘Just breathe.’ I got her on the floor, and I took off my clothes. The ladies at McDonald’s were at her front side, holding her hands. I had her feet propped up on my knees. We told her to push three pushes. She was a fighter.” He said.     The girl, Nandi Ariyah Moremi Philips, was nicknamed ‘Little Nugget’ by the McDonald’s employees present there. Worthy and Phillips appreciated the gesture. “My parents loved the name, too. We were like, ‘Okay, it fits her. My little nugget.’” Phillips said. Meanwhile, for new mom Worthy, the situation was quite a whirlwind. “It was an experience because it happened so fast” she said.

    Netflix Job Openings: Popular Streaming Platform Now Hiring for ‘Brand-New AAA PC Game’ Project

    San Francisco, November 24: Popular streaming platform Netflix has posted job listings for different positions for a project described as a “brand-new AAA PC game”. The company posted job requirements for a game director, art director and technical director, at its newly announced Southern California games studio, reports The Verge. Netflix Integration With Google Home, Nest Devices Not Working, Users Report Outage.

    Because it is an unannounced project, there is not much information besides that. For the position of the game director, the platform is looking for a “creative leader of one of Netflix’s first generation of internally developed original games”.

    The streaming giant had rolled out its mobile games to Android, iPhone and iPad users back in November last year. By then, members were able to play only five mobile games — Stranger Things: 1984 (BonusXP), Stranger Things 3: The Game (BonusXP), Shooting Hoops (Frosty Pop), Card Blast (Amuzo and Rogue Games) and Teeter Up (Frosty Pop).

    Last month, Netflix expanded cloud gaming by opening a new studio in Southern California. Moreover, in August, the platform was working on features that would let customers play its mobile games against one another and rank themselves on gaming leaderboards.

  • JusTalk, Popular Messaging App Is Spreading Millions of Unencrypted Messages: Report

    San Francisco, July 23: Popular messaging app JusTalk, which advertises itself as secure and encrypted, has reportedly suffered a security lapse, and that revealed it was neither secure nor encrypted after a huge online cache of users’ unencrypted private messages was found online.

    Google Play lists JusTalk Kids, billed as its child-friendly and compatible version of its messaging app, as having more than 1 million Android downloads.

    JusTalk claims both its apps are end-to-end encrypted — where only the people in the conversation can read its messages — and boasts on its website that “only you and the person you communicate with can see, read or listen to them: Even the JusTalk team won’t access your data!”

    But a review of the huge cache of internal data proves those claims are not true.

    The data includes millions of JusTalk user messages, along with the precise date and time they were sent and the phone numbers of both the sender and recipient.

    It also contained records of calls that were placed using the app.

    As per the report, security researcher Anurag Sen found the data this week and asked the website for help reporting it to the company.

    Juphoon, the China-based cloud company behind the messaging app, said it spun out the service in 2016 and is now owned and operated by Ningbo Jus, a company that appears to share the same office as listed on Juphoon’s website.

    But despite multiple efforts to reach JusTalk’s founder Leo Lv and other executives, the company gave no response, the report said.

    Because each message recorded in the data contained every phone number in the same chat, it was possible to follow entire conversations, including children using the JusTalk Kids app to chat with their parents.

    The internal data also included the granular locations of thousands of users collected from users’ phones, with large clusters of users in the US, UK, India, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and China.

    The iconic video game Gran Turismo will be soon adapted into a feature film, with the makers eyeing the South African-Canadian filmmaker Neill Blomkamp to direct it.     The project is however in its early stage of development with its plot being kept under the wraps. There is a rich history behind the game, created by Polyphony and Kazunori Yamauchi in 1997 and hailed as one of the most authentic driving simulators in its class for its focus on precise graphics, driving physics and attention to detail of its cars, which players would build and race.

    According to Deadline, the series has sold more than 85 million copies, with the most recent edition, Gran Turismo 7, hitting the shelves in March for PS4 and PS5. Gran Turismo is one of the several game-centered projects in the pipeline for corporate siblings Sony and PlayStation Production, Deadline reports.

    In April, Takashi Doscher was set to pen the adaptation of the action adventure game Ghost of Tsushima, which has seen more than 8 million copies sold since its July 2020 debut. Ghost of Tsushima: Takashi Doscher to Write Chad Stahelki’s Film Adaptation of the Hit PlayStation Videogame!

    Sony Pictures TV and PlayStation are also developing the TV series The Last of Us for HBO, with Craig Mazin attached to write and executive produce; and Twisted Metal at Peacock with Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church and Neve Campbell toplining the action comedy adaptation based on an original take by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
