    An extremely rare aerial phenomenon was captured on camera in Florida. The picture shows a spectacular white rainbow, also known as a fogbow, stretching over a highway in Viera. It was posted on Twitter by National Weather Service Melbourne. One of NWS’s forecasters took the charming photo of the ghost bow. It has attracted more than 20k likes on the microblogging site. The caption says, “. The clip showing the mysterious human-like figure walking like a human is a nightmare fuel.
