    New Delhi: Consumer tech brand Nothing on Monday said that its first true wireless earbuds — Nothing ear (1) — will cost Rs 5,999 in India, as the wireless hearable market goes through a transformation in the country. Available on Flipkart after its official launch globally on July 27, Nothing ear (1) features state-of-the-art Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) which uses three high definition mics to bring music, films and podcasts into sharp focus.     “India is an important market for Nothing and and in partnership with Flipkart, we look forward to introducing ear (1) to Indian users at the same time as our global launch,” said Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager, Nothing India. “Starting with ear (1), our products will be uniquely designed and easy to use. Above all, they will be devices we are proud to use ourselves and recommend to our friends and family,” he said in a statement.

    “We believe the earphones market is begging for differentiation, space where we can elevate design and deliver value from day one,” according to Sharma.

    According to the company, the true wireless earbuds will combine raw beauty and precise engineering for a pure sound experience. The company had said that Flipkart will play an integral role in building Nothing’s presence in India and launching its highly-anticipated true wireless earbuds. The earbuds will combine notes of transparency, iconic form and refined functionality.

    New Delhi: London-based Nothing, the newly-launched venture of OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, on Tuesday announced that its upcoming true wireless earbuds — Nothing ear (1) — will feature Active Noise Cancellation.     “Along with its iconic design, Nothing ear (1) will have state-of-the-art Active Noise Cancellation which uses three high definition mics to bring your music, films and podcasts into sharp focus,” the company said in a statement. “Users can expect a premium user experience, alongside leading specs, like ANC, all for £99 GBP,” it added.

    Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager, Nothing India said that the company is currently focused on bringing Nothing ear (1) to consumers and India is an extremely important market for them.

    “We believe the earphones market is begging for differentiation, space where we can elevate design and deliver value from day one,” Sharma told IANS. “Today we announced that we will be bringing our debut product ear (1) to India, along with the rest of the world on 27 July,” Sharma added. “Going forward, Nothing aims to drive that change by creating simple to use technology with iconic designs and features that deliver meaningful value to the user,” Sharma noted.

    “As a UK brand, all of our products are being designed in Europe and they will have a unique design language that you won’t see anywhere else,” Sharma said. “Thinking bigger, we want to see a change in the consumer tech market because we feel the user experience is broken,” he added.

    Carl Pei’s Nothing will officially launch its ear (1) earbuds in India soon. As a reminder, Car Pei left OnePlus last year to start his audio brand called ‘Nothing’. It was last month when the company announced that it will launch Nothing ear (1) soon.     Flipkart has released a dedicated microsite for Nothing’s upcoming earbuds which hints towards its imminent launch. The Flipkart microsite does not reveal many details about the earbuds. As per a report, Nothing ear (1) is expected to feature a transparent design with a unique form. Also, in March 2021, the company rolled out the Concept 1 design providing us how earbuds will look like.

    Concept 1 had revealed a transparent body with an in-ear styled canal bud and a black pipe-shaped battery. Apart from this, nothing much is known about Nothing ear (1). The company has reportedly confirmed that ear(1) launch will take place along with the global launch.
