    The all-time favourite of people of all ages, Vada Pav, made using simple ingredients, can be eaten on the go. A quick-fill for all, Vada Pav is the only Indian dish on the list, a proud moment indeed. The recipe that is said to be originated in Mumbai’s Dadar, Vada is made using spicy mashed potatoes. The potato mix is made into balls and they are covered in chickpea batter. Deep-fried, the Vada is ready in under 5 minutes. The simple snack is served in a sliced Pav with three different chutneys made of garlic, pudina, and dates. Bizarre!
