Tableau has introduced a new class of artificial intelligence (AI) -natural analytics to enhance data science techniques and enable business users to make faster decisions.
The firm, which is owned by Salesforce, said in a blog post, its solution will allow people to determine what they need in terms of their use with control and flexibility. In addition, with AI experience directed into the hands of domain experts, teams can apply advanced analytics to more business problems.

“Data science has always been able to solve big problems, but often that is limited to a select few within the organization,” it said in a statement. “To build truly data-driven organizations, we need to unlock the power of data for more and more people.”
Tableau tools can help build models, make predictions, what-if scenarios, run other analytical methods – all using clicks, not code. It can be used to improve supply chain efficiency, estimate the probability of purchase, or maximize delivery of goods or services.

The tool will be available later this month in the Tableau 2021.1 update, which also brings Salesforce’s AI-powered analytics – Einstein Discovery, to Tablo. Einstein Discovery can surface and interpret data in millions of rows in minutes without the need for sophisticated data models.
