In Warangal Rural, four female passengers traveling in a passenger auto-rickshaw died on the spot.
On Friday, six people, including four women, were killed in two separate road accidents in Warangal rural and Nirmal districts.
In Warangal Rural, about 20 km from Warangal town, on the outskirts of Nirkala village, four female passengers traveling in a passenger auto-rickshaw on the spot after hitting a high speed MUV coming in the opposite direction Died.
The victims are Madamishi Sambalakshmi (60), Mohammad Mehbooby (64), Palakurthi Sarojana (60) and Atmakuri Bharti (55), all agricultural laborers from Amakur village.
The accident occurred at around 7.30 am when the victims along with other villagers were going to take a chilli crop at Rangapur in Nalbelli mandal.
The high speed motors track Tofan vehicle going from Mulugu towards Warangal collided with the passenger auto and the turtle overturned. Attakur police said that the occupants of the car and some people in the auto were moderately injured.
The injured were taken to MGM Hospital Warangal for medical assistance, and the bodies were shifted to the hospital morgue.
In another car accident in Kadam in Nirmal district, two persons died on the spot.
According to Kadam police, the accident occurred on the outskirts of Nawabapet village at around 12.30pm on Friday when Gangadhar, a car driver from Chinna Camp, lost control of the wheel and hit a tree on the roadside. Gangadhar and another living Sai suffered serious injuries and died on the spot. His dead bodies were shifted to the Government Hospital in Khanpur for autopsy.
