Samsung today launched a new Galaxy A-series smartphone — Galaxy A22 5G. It is the first smartphone that is 5G-equipped to be launched in this series as it comes powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC.
Launched at a starting price of Rs 19,999 the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G offers 128GB storage along with up to 1TB internal storage. The handset boasts a 6.6-inch FHD+ display.
Backed by a 5000mAh battery, the Galaxy A22 5G offers 15W fast charge support. The camera department includes a 48MP main camera, 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP depth sensor.
Recently, Samsung had also launched a handset in its Galaxy A-series smartphone — Galaxy A32. This smartphone was launched in a single storage variant at Rs 21,999.
This device was launched as the first handset in the Galaxy A series to offer a faster display refresh rate of 90Hz.
For imaging duties, the Galaxy A32 smartphone has a quad-camera setup on the back. The primary camera is a 64MP sensor (f/1.8 aperture), which is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2 aperture) and two 5MP (f/2.4 aperture) sensors in which one is a depth sensor and the other is a macro sensor. On the front, there is a 20MP sensor (f/2.2 aperture).
