Realme is set to expand its C series smartphones in India today. The company will launch Realme C25Y at 12:30pm. It is unclear whether the phone will be simply announced or will be unveiled via an online event.
Realme C25Y will join Realme C25 and the Realme C25s in the Realme C series lineup. The upcoming phone is listed on e-commerce site Flipkart. The teaser page reveals some of the important specs of Realme C25Y.
Realme C25Y: Likely specs
As per Flipkart webpage, the smartphone will be powered by Unisoc T610 octa-core processor. The handset will be the first C-series phone to come with a 50MP camera. There will be a 50MP mode to shoot pictures in 8160×6144 resolution.
The phone will offer triple camera sensors on the back. Other two sensors will include a B&W lens and a macro lens.
As teased on Flipkart, the handset will come with a fingerprint scanner on the back. It will be offered in at least two colour options- Black and Blue. The handset will feature a water drop style notch at the front housing the selfie camera.
Realme C25Y: Likely price
Given the specs and features, Realme C25Y is expected to be an entry-level phone. It is likely to be priced in the sub-Rs 10,000 price category. Listing on Flipkart hints at the phone’s availability in the country via the e-tailer’s site along with Realme online stores and offline retail stores.
