Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja on Friday shared photos with MS Dhoni saying that whenever he meets the former India captain, the level of excitement is always the same. Jadeja wrote with the photos, “Whenever I meet him I feel like I am meeting him for the first time! Yet I was excited when I met him. Jadeja finished his quarantine on Thursday And joined the CSK squad for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. Jadeja has been out of action for three months due to a thumb injury, but will take the field when the second-placed CSK clash with the Delhi team. IPL match on 10 April.

CSK posted a picture on Twitter in which Jadeja was seen smiling with Suresh Raina in a yellow jersey. “Apna time! #WhistlePodu #Yellove,” CSK tweeted.

Jadeja started his preparations for the IPL before joining the CSK camp. The all-rounder practiced batting and bowling in March and returned to the field after thumb surgery. He then led the National Cricket Academy to obtain a fitness certificate.
In January, Jadeja suffered an injury to his left thumb while batting on the third day of the third Test against Australia. He later went for a scan and the results showed that he had dislocated his thumb.
IPL 2021 is scheduled to kick off on 9 April with the tournament opener between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). CSK will play its first game against the Delhi Capitals on 10 April.
