Recently during the election campaign his leg was injured due to being stuck in a broken pavement slab. Since Friday evening, he has been sitting on a wheelchair with his leg in a cast, seeking votes. Unlike Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the BJP’s rival rival in West Bengal, which has also been wheelchair-bound.
