NIT schedule 2021
In 2021, the NIT will not only cut its teams’ area in half, but will also be entirely in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex – the NCAA seeks to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. (In previous years, NIT played campus games through the first three rounds, followed by games at Madison Square Garden for both the semi-finals and championship rounds.
Conference USA and North Texas will host the competition this year, with the Comrades Center (Frisco, Texas) and UNT Stadium (Denton, Texas) as the tournament venues. The NCAA is finalizing the round-by-round details.
