The first spot on the list is bagged by American model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Jasmine Tookes. She beat K-pop band BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Korean-American singer Momoland’s Nancy. The list aims to be inclusive of many cultures, lifestyles, occupations and degrees of fame.
