NEW DELHI: Domestic smartphone maker Micromax has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of the company’s latest entry-level smartphone. Dubbed Micromax In 2b the smartphone comes with an HD+ display and is powered by an octa-core processor.
Micromax claims that the processor used in the Micromax In 2b promises to deliver 45% better performance as compared to other smartphones in the same price segment. The smartphone runs Android 11 operating system and comes with absolutely no bloatware or ads.
Micromax In 2b sports a dual rear camera with a 13MP main sensor and 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone comes with a plastic body and features a textured panel that will offer a firm grip to the user. The smartphone comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
Priced at Rs 7,999, this new smartphone from Micromax will give competition to the company’s own Micromax In 1B smartphone which the company launched in November last year. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999 and is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 processor. The entry-level smartphone runs Android 10 Go Edition operating system.
