Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy ready for launch as development completes – morningtidings

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, the upcoming action RPG from Eidos Montreal and Square Enix, is well on its way for launch on October 26. The game has gone gold, with the development completed and is ready to be launched. There have been a string of delayed games in recent memory, like Horizon Forbidden West and Dying Light 2, and the news of a Guardians of the Galaxy game being given a green signal by developers is something Marvel fans can look forward to. Eidos Montreal posted a gif of Cosmo the space dog and Star-Lord dancing together in celebration.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy features the space adventurers Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer and Groot. You will be able to play as Star-Lord in the third person perspective. Peter Quill will be able to control the special abilities of his teammates too, thus giving you control as the tactician of the group.
The game’s file size is expected to be close to 41GB on PS5, if we were to believe the claim made by Twitter user PlayStation Game Size (via Wccftech). That is excluding the day one patch. While there is now a claim regarding the PS5 file size of the game, PlayStation Game Size has not given any details about the game size on PS4.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy features the Universal Church of Truth, an organisation “that promises to bring everything back that was lost in the Galactic War” as the main adversary of the Guardians. The game also features the Nova Corps.
