National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) Secretary Rajiv Bhatia has confirmed that spectators will not be allowed in the upcoming ISSF Shooting World Cup. Bhatia told ANI, “This time, spectators will not be allowed as per ISSF guidelines for the World Cup. We had to follow the ISSF and hence we have decided that spectators will not be allowed.” Last month, NRAI introduced Dr. Dhani of New Delhi from 18 to 29 March. A 57-member Indian team was announced for the first joint ISSF World Cup rifle / pistol / shotgun stage of the year scheduled at the Karni Singh Shooting Range.

The New Delhi World Cup is the first time the 30 finalists will be played in the ISSF World Cup stage for the first time with new team formats approved by the ISSF.

All selections were based on the latest NRAI rankings. Korea, Singapore, USA, United Kingdom, Iran, Ukraine, France, Hungary, Italy, Thailand and Turkey have already confirmed their participation in the World Cup.
