Jasprit Bumrah is making full preparations for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which will start on Friday. Bumrah is undoubtedly seen firing in his trademark yorker at the Mumbai Indians Nets, but he is apparently seen to be in a bit more of a rhythm with the bat. On Tuesday, the Indian fast bowler shared photos with him padded and interacting with Australian batsman Chris Lynn. “Smiling and piercing,” he captioned the post.
Bumrah recently married TV presenter Sanjana Ganesan.
He was last seen in action in the Test series against England.
Bumrah has been an important player for the Mumbai Indians since making his debut for the five-time champion in 2013.
He was one of the leading stars of Mumbai Indians, who comfortably won the IPL 2020 title. His most prolific game in the IPL season, Bumrah took 27 wickets in 15 matches last year, behind only Kagiso Rabada, who claimed 30 scales, in the Purple Cap race.
Overall Bumrah played 92 matches for MI and took 109 wickets. His career best IPL performance came last season, when he returned figures of 4/14 against the Delhi Capitals in the first qualifier.

Mumbai Indians will be making history this year by becoming the first team to win the title in three consecutive years.
