India down 13 places in global domestic price index

Property consultancy Knight Frank said that India has slipped from 13th place to 56th place from 43rd position a year ago to 43rd position in the Global Global Price Index ending December 2020.

In a 12-month percentage change for the period Q4 2019 – Q4 2020, Turkey continued to lead the annual rankings with prices at 30.3%, followed by 18.6% YoY in New Zealand and 16.0% YoY in Slovakia. India was the weakest performing country in Q4 2020, with a 3.6% drop in house prices, followed by a 3.3% decline in Morocco.
