After the Twenty20 International (T20I) series win over England, Virat Kohli said that he would like to continue Rohit Sharma at the top of the order in the shortest format of the game. Kohli and Rohit started the innings for the first time in a T20I match and they took the game away from a stand of 94 with England. Rohit scored 64 runs while Kohli remained unbeaten on 80 runs.
