HC judge listens to SEC petition

State Election Commissioner N. A writ petition was filed in the High Court by Ramesh Kumar, in which he conducted a CBI inquiry about the alleged leakage of his correspondence with Governor Biswa Bhushan Harichandan on various issues, which he considered a privilege communication, Justice R.K. Raghunandan Rao to Chief Justice Arup Kumar Goswami for posting before the second judge.

Shri Ramesh Kumar urged the court to demand a CBI inquiry into the leakage of his letters to the Governor and the application for leave.

He informed the court that ministers Pedireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Botcha Satyanarayana claimed to have seen the contents of their correspondence with the governor on social media, including their discussion on notices given to them by the Privileges Committee of the Legislative Assembly.

It may be noted that Mr. Ramesh Kumar has met the Governor several times in recent times and made him aware of the conduct of various elections, and had to resolve some issues between him and the government, which would have to be resolved by the courts Was.
