At its Galaxy Unpacked event 2021, Samsung is set to launch a bunch of new products. One of them that everyone is really looking forward to is the Galaxy wearable smartwatch — allegedly called the Galaxy Watch 4 series— as that will be the first device that is going to be a forerunner of the Google-Samsung tie-up for future Android-powered wearables.
To recall, Samsung and Google have partnered together to create the OS for the upcoming smartwatches, but as per the latest tipped information, that’s not going to be all.
New Samsung processor incoming
According to a report by Sammobile, the Galaxy Watch 4 is likely to be powered by a Samsung chipset only — namely Exynos W920 SoC — which is the new processor the South Korean tech giant has developed for smartwatches.
As per the report, this chipset offers 1.25x faster processing times as compared to the Exynos 9110 and 8.8x smoother graphics performance. This SoC is supposed to be paired with 1.5GB of RAM.
Bigger storage support
In a separate report, Sammobile has suggested that the upcoming series will offer 16GB of built-in storage.

Recently, tipster Evan Blass showcased what the Galaxy 4 series from Samsung may look like in a series of tweets.
According to him, Samsung may launch a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic that may be launched in black, grey, and white colours. This device may have a rotating bezel and house two physical buttons.
