After months of waiting, Google has finally unleashed its new Pixel 6 smartphone range, which boast a new design, improved cameras, and a smart Tensor processor designed inside Google. There are two models to choose from: the standard Pixel 6 and flagship Pixel 6 Pro, with prices starting from a reasonable £599.
If that low cost wasn’t tempting enough, Google is currently offering a massive incentive for anyone who pre-orders one of its latest and greatest phones. Those who hit the buy button before October 29 will get a pair of premium Bose 700 headphones – worth over £340 – for free. Yes, you did read that correctly!
If you weren’t already aware, the award-winning Bose 700s offer impressive noise cancellation, 20-hour battery life, and touch controls.
There’s absolutely no catch to be aware of with this incredible new offer, which is available via all of the UK’s biggest retailers, including Argos and Currys, as well as mobile networks like EE, O2, and Three.
Prices on contract start from around £27 per month. For that, Three offers unlimited 5G data, while those who want to take advantage of EE’s huge coverage across the UK will need to spend a little more.
To claim the headphones, Google says users simply need to order the phone, then wait 14 days and submit a claim via its website. Google will ship out the Bose cans within 60 days after the claim has been approved – that means they could arrive just before Christmas!
Express.co.uk will be bringing you a full review of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro in the coming weeks but there’s certainly plenty to like about these devices.
Both get a clever new camera that includes a feature called the “Magic Eraser” which can instantly get rid of anyone who may have photobombed your family snaps. There’s also that new Tensor chip inside which is not only smarter but is also way faster with Google promising a speed boost of around 80 percent over the Pixel 5.
You also get fast charging, a water-resistant design and the phones are covered in Gorilla Glass Victus for improved durability.
If you want the ultimate Pixel, the 6 Pro should be on your wishlist with this device getting a bigger 6.7-inch screen that features a speedy 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. There’s also a triple-rear camera that includes a 4x optical zoom for improved close-ups and there is an ultra-wide front camera with 94° field of view for stunning group selfies.
