Genshin Impact version 2.0 update announced, brings new city, cross-save support and more - Times of India

MihoYo has revealed the biggest update for its first open-world game Genshin Impact today via a virtual event.
The update is dubbed as version 2.0 The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia. It will arrive across all the platforms including Android, iOS, PlayStation and PC on July 21.
It brings several new changes and features to the game. The most noticeable one is the addition of the third city out of seven major cities.
The update also brings cross-save between PlayStation, mobile and PC.
Inazuma is an island surrounded by sea from all sides and consists of six main islands which most of the time are affected by sea breeze and thunderstorms.
In the new city, players will be able to embark on an adventure, find out the historical connection to the city Inzuama, uncover secrets and more.
The live stream of the game has also revealed three redeem codes — AS6BQKLY9GLD, LS6T4L9ZZ7TH, and GBNA9J5H9Y4H which will give players Primogems.
Apart from this, the game will also receive some new playable characters.
