Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to get launched in August this year. The handset has already appeared on multiple certification websites. It has now got listed on TENAA which reveals some of the phone’s features.
The upcoming phone appeared on the TENAA certification site with model number SM-F9260. It says that the phone will measure 128.1 x 158.2 x 6.4 mm when folded. This means that the Galaxy Z 3 Fold will be thinner than its predecessor Galaxy Z 2 Fold which has 6.9mm thickness.
The listing confirms that the handset will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will run on Android 11 operating system. It will have a 6.2-inch cover display. TENAA listing also reveals that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core chipset.
Major change that is said to come with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the under-display camera for selfies. Also, it is rumoured that the phone will offer a three-lens camera at the back. The sensors will be aligned vertically. The phone is expected to feature an ultra-wide camera with auto focus.
The handset will offer 12GB of RAM and may come with a 120Hz refresh rate screen. Rumours have it that Galaxy Z 3 Fold will come with support for S Pen which may come out-of-the-box.
Along with Galaxy Z 3 Fold, another Samsung foldable phone Galaxy Z Flip 3 has been spotted on TENAA benchmark site. However, no specs or features of the phone are known yet. It is expected to be announced at the Galaxy Unpacked event that is likely to be held in August.
