Earlier, the NGT constituted a committee to conduct capacity studies.
The committee said in its report, “The project proponent must ensure that all necessary permissions, approvals, permissions, clearance conditions are complied with at all times. During the construction and occupancy phase of the project, all environmental norms and proposed mitigation measures must be strictly followed by the project component. “
The committee also said that if the project size was increased or proposed mitigation measures were halted, the recommendations would be withdrawn automatically or canceled.
