Sources said on Wednesday that the CBI has summoned businessman Amit Aggarwal in connection with the crores of coal scams.
Aggarwal said that Agarwal, an aide of Kingpin Anup Majhi, has been summoned next week for questioning in connection with the scam.

Raids were conducted on CBI targets on Tuesday in Kulti, Durgapur and Kolkata-linked locations.
The CBI is still on the lookout for Majhi, who is absconding and a Look Out Circular has also been issued against him.
Officials said that the CBI is investigating the scam on illegally mined coal from abandoned mines of eastern coalfields, estimated to be worth thousands of crores.
He said that the crime was committed through Hawala Marg, which the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating.
The CBI has also interrogated Rujira, wife of Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee and her sister-in-law Maneka Gambhir, in connection with the case.
Gambhir’s husband and father-in-law have also been questioned.
