CBI summons brother-in-law of TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee in illegal coal mining case

Officials said Ankush Arora, husband of Mr. Banerjee’s sister-in-law Maneka Gambhir and his father Pawan Arora, have been asked to appear before the investigating officer in the case on March 15.

Mr Banerjee’s sister-in-law Maneka Gambhir’s husband Ankush Arora and his father Pawan Arora have been asked to appear before the investigating officer in the case on 15 March.

The Central Investigation Agency recently interrogated Abhishek Banerjee’s wife Rujira Banerjee and her sister-in-law Maneka Gambhir in a case related to illegal coal mining and pylage from the mines of Eastern Coalfields Limited.
