The Pune police told the court of Additional Sessions Judge SR Nawandar that Major T. Murugan, who was arrested from Tamil Nadu, sent a question paper to the other accused.

“Due to the illegal activities, the entire recruitment process was stopped and the examination was postponed. The judge said that due to the seriousness of the crime, a thorough investigation is required and this requires adequate police custody.

The police have implemented the relevant sections of the IPC as well as the Prevention of Act. Six people have been arrested so far, including three military personnel, for the February 28 leak.
