A furious hippo was captured on camera chasing a speedboat. The footage shows a hippopotamus leaping forward and running behind a tourist motorboat as the people on the boat maintained their composure. The giant mammal chased the boat as it came into its proximity. The clip shared on Twitter has been making rounds on the web. A scared user wrote, “I had to change my pants just by watching”. The video has attracted more than 52k views. It came with a warning and fact, “Although accurate numbers are hard to come by, lore has it that hippos kill more people each year than lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes and rhinos combined.
